No hace mucho tiempo para poder utilizar RubyOnRails en un computador tenías que disponer de horas lidiando con códigos, dependencias y los más abrumadores conflictos de compatibilidad. Grrr! y peor aún si eras un novato (Cómo yo cuando incié)… Días de fustración que te llevaban al borde de la locura.
PERO, debemos darle gracias al tiempo, ya que con el transcurrir del mismo y la popularidad que obtenido ROR (RubyOnRails) han surgido simplificadores de su instalación. Gracias a uno de ellos, llamado RailsInstaller, podemos instalar Ruby, Rails y sus dependencias en nuestro computador para el desarrollo de aplicaciones web.
RailsInstaller es la forma más rápida para instalar desde cero Ruby on Rails. Tanto si estás en Windows o Mac, RailsInstaller te da la solución que necesitas.
En lo personal, el instalador más sencillo de ROR. Ya que puedes realizar la instalacción completa hasta en 5 minutos.
